Utah's state filing fees are low (fee schedule effective July 1, 2025: $59 to form an LLC or corporation, $18 to renew each year). It also offers a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) entity type, formed with a $300 certificate of organization.
The Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Corporations and Commercial Code keeps these records.
