Missouri LLCs file no annual report, so the $50 online formation fee is the only state filing cost to keep a basic LLC registered. Corporations pay $58 for up to $30,000 of authorized shares and file an annual registration report ($20 online, $45 on paper) due in their anniversary month; active duty military can form a business with no filing fee.
The public record of every Missouri LLC and corporation belongs to the Missouri Secretary of State, Corporations Division.
