Kansas business records

Kansas businesses file an information report every two years rather than every year. Fees were restructured by regulation effective February 27, 2026: online filing is cheaper than paper ($85 instead of $90 to form an LLC or corporation, $90 instead of $110 for the information report).

The Kansas Secretary of State, Business Services Division keeps these records.
