About Iowa business records

Iowa LLCs file their biennial report in odd-numbered years and corporations in even-numbered years. The fee is $30 for an LLC filing online through Fast Track Filing ($45 on paper) and $60 for a corporation. The state publishes a free monthly list of all active business entities as open data under a CC BY license.
