Indiana sets lower fees for electronic filings than for paper (an LLC or corporation costs $75 online by statute, $100 on paper; the business entity report $20 online, $50 on paper), and INBiz adds an enhanced access fee on top, such as $20 on articles and $11 on the business entity report and the Certificate of Existence. The Certificate of Existence is what Indiana issues as its certificate of good standing.
Filings in Indiana go to the Indiana Secretary of State, Business Services Division, which keeps the official record (often searched as INBiz).
