Florida's business registry is known as Sunbiz, after its website. LLC fees are listed separately from corporation fees: forming an LLC costs $100 plus a $25 registered agent fee, a corporation $35 plus $35, and the annual report is $138.75 for an LLC and $150 for a profit corporation; the Division also publishes free daily and quarterly bulk data files over SFTP.
The public record of every Florida LLC and corporation belongs to the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, whose search goes by Sunbiz.
